1. Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and create menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor profile, taking into account seasonal ingredients and menu item availability.
2. Culinary Excellence: Prepare high-quality dishes that meet our exceptional standards, using only the freshest ingredients.
3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage food and kitchen inventory, order supplies, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
5. Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained, adhere to health regulations, and maintain accurate records for food safety and sanitation purposes.
6. Talent Development: Train new kitchen employees to our restaurant and kitchen standards, empowering them to excel in their roles.
7. Customer Satisfaction: Handle and resolve any customer issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
