We are looking for a Head Bartender to join our team!

As a Head Bartender, we rely on you to:

1. Drive and maintain high standards of alcoholic beverages and service in the outlet
2. Be knowledgeable of the wine and beverage list and offer recommendations to customers based on their preferences
3. Develop wine/ beverage strategies as well as managing slow moving items
4. Manage the inventory of all materials and supplies
5. Implement effective measures to improve costs control

Requirements:

1. People & Customer oriented
2. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a hotel
