Job description
  • Enhance customer service in a dynamic café environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete vendor lifecycle from onboarding to engagement, ensuring compliance and quality service.
  • Research and implement new trends in the food and beverage industry to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Oversee training, performance reviews, and staff development to ensure high service standards.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including order taking and serving duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Promote and recommend new menu items to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a café or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and staff development.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and familiarity with café operational stations.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to providing top-quality dining experiences.
