Head Barista

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the SOPs.
2. Stimulate the creative process of the bar team and develop new menu ideas and special coffee of the month.
3. Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
4. Uphold excellent levels of customer service.
5. Conduct service training for all staff.
6. Manage stock - ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Perform cashier and order-taking duties.
8. Maintain equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior.

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
2. Service-driven, outgoing, and friendly.
3. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
4. Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest in developing professionally in the specialty coffee industry.
5. Attention to detail is essential.
6. Self-motivated with good people skills.

Salary Range: S$2,600 - S$3,000 monthly
