About our Line of Business - Training & Simulation Systems

Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact
You will design and develop hardware systems. Works with vendors to ensure the systems meet specifications, quality and timeline. Communicate with other team members such as system and software engineers to propose innovative solutions and implement them to meet client requirements. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and providing technical support. In addition, you will perform research to stay up to date on industry advancements and new technologies.

1. Assist in the hardware design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines and budget constraints.

2. Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze technical requirements and propose innovative solutions.

3. Troubleshoot hardware related technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.

4. Document and maintain accurate records of engineering projects, including design specifications, test plans, and project reports.

5. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing engineering processes.

6. Assist in the testing and validation of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.

7. Support the maintenance and optimization of existing engineering systems and infrastructure.

Qualities We Value

1. At least 2 years relevant working experience.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

4. Good communication skills, self-motivating, interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive mindset.

5. Knowledge of network protocols, system setup and infrastructure would be an added advantage.
