Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the Reporting and Automation roadmap for Hire to Retire
Build a deep technical and functional understanding of Hire to Retire data and systems
Create and manage global standards for Reporting and Automation, including use of data, management of code, and access and controls
Work directly with cross-functional partners in the broader Hire to Retire team, Finance Data & Technology (FDT) and Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) to analyze, design and deliver solutions
Manage projects in the Reporting and Automation roadmap, including providing regular status reporting and visibility to risks and issues
Partner with other GPLs on key projects and initiatives
Demonstrate high integrity and excellent values, everyday
Key Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a Systems Business Analyst or similar role
3+ years of Hire to Retire subject matter expertise
Ability to work independently on complex issues that may require in depth analysis of data and business processes
Experience working with sensitive data and ensuring all privacy and security requirements are maintained to the highest Apple standards
Excellent understanding of project controls and ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle
Experience preparing data sources for reporting purposes, data analytics, and data management (SQL experience is a plus)
Proven track record of completing challenging projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Ability to think creatively to design and implement solutions in a highly complex environment
Experience with technical analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Dataiku, Python, Tableau or other analytics tools) a plus
