By using Guidewire’s property and casualty insurance cloud platform, we facilitate the seamless transition of insurance carriers to the cloud. Beyond cloud migration, we also support clients with:

2. Providing tailored solutions as specialty insurance for niche markets.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

3 – 8 years of experience with Guidewire suite (at least one of: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Strong proficiency in Gosu and Java programming.

Experience with Guidewire configuration, integration, and rules development.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of insurance business processes and terminologies.

Have worked closely with business stakeholders and analysts in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Participated in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and application performance optimization.

Experience in integrating Guidewire applications with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST).

Supported unit testing, system testing, and assisted with production deployment.

Mentored junior developers and contributed to technical best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Thrives in a team environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

Must have one or more Guidewire module certification(s).

Proficient knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SVN, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Bamboo, Bitbucket).

Prior experience working with global delivery teams.
