Your Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage check-in and check-out for all hotel guests.
2. Manage all transactions (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment).
3. Manage scheduling for front office, inventory management, and assist with daily briefings.
4. Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards programme and assist with all enquiries.
5. Handle and anticipate all hotel guests' enquiries.
6. Responsible for the creation of profiles in the system for all hotel guests.
7. All other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
