Guest Service Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Guest Service Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and personalized experience at our hotel.

What you do:

1. Provide warm and personalized welcomes to guests, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
2. Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
3. Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and special requests.
4. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating to management as necessary.
7. Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
8. Promote hotel services, sign up for Hilton Honors membership and amenities to guests, increasing revenue and enhancing their stay.
9. Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and reporting, as required.
10. Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure that our hotel meets the highest standards of service and quality.

What we need from you:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or guest service role
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
3. Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
