Our client is a well-established market leader in the Pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West – easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement targeted marketing and business development strategies for each health brand to increase market share and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns to expand B2B and B2C customer bases, boost engagement, and enhance brand recognition.
• Continuously improve marketing and business development processes using data-driven insights. Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing changes to ensure high ROI.
• Identify and secure partnerships to increase distribution channels and market penetration. Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance brand credibility.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team to execute effective marketing and business development strategies in a creative and strategic environment.

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing / Business
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with 1 – 2 years leadership experience
