Oversee the Group’s financial and accounting practices, including budgets, financial reports, Group financial results, tax planning, tax compliance and audit functions
Provide financial reporting, internal controls, risk management reports and annual budget of the Group to the management and the Board
Prepare Group consolidated accounts
Develop and execute financial strategies to support short and long-term objectives towards sustainable growth and profitability.
Communicate financial performance, strategy, and insights to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Min Degree in Financial Accounting or any relevant filed
Min 10 years of working experience
Knowledge of India’s tax and accounting law is advantageous
Proficiency in financial and accounting software and system
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse audiences.
Strong in Financial analyzing and reports
Strong leadership and problem-solving skill
Ability to speak and read Mandarin will be advantageous in order to communicate with subsidiary in China
Ability to read Chinese and liaise with Mandarin speaking client will be advantageous.
