Group Finance Manager (Logistics, Based Phillippines)

Location & Details:

• Based in Manila, Philippines
• Report to: Vice President, Finance & CEO
• Salary: $8,000- $10,000 with AWS, Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regional finance operations, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to support decision-making through comprehensive financial insights and strategies.
• Establish and refine financial processes to enhance operational performance and transparency.
• Support and oversee strategic projects throughout the region, involving travel for on-site involvement and coordination.
• Lead process improvements and manage group-level projects based out of multiple countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in financial management.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing effective financial processes.
• Capable of providing high-level analysis and actionable insights that shape business strategies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and concise communication skills.
• Familiarity with business operations and practices in Southeast Asia.
