Group Finance Manager

Job Title : Group Finance Manager

Description

This role will report to the Group Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for group monthly closing processes, group consolidation, financial reporting, variance analysis, annual audit and tax compliance
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and SGX/HQ results announcements
• Group budgeting and forecast processes
• Oversee and coordinate the preparation of Group’s annual report
• Provide guidance to local and overseas subsidiaries on accounting and financial reporting matters
• Review audit findings and ensure that all matters are addressed or resolved promptly
• Liaise with external/internal auditors and external service providers
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group financial and treasury policies, listing requirement and internal controls
• Support in preparation, review and monitoring of group cashflow forecasts
• Support any other ad-hoc projects or duties that may be assigned

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience with at least 3 years in managerial role and/or SGX reporting
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
• Familiar and hands-on experience with finance system implementation is an added advantage
• Good business acumen and strong with numbers and financial discipline
• Committed, proactive and hands-on team player and with an eye for details
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage different stakeholders
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure, both independently and in a team, to meet tight deadlines

Monthly Salary

S$6,500 – S$9,000
