Group Finance Director

This role will oversee the finance team across the region, providing valuable insights in areas of financial strategies, treasury, compliance, finance systems, corporate governance and risk management

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations to Executive Management, Board and CEO
• Overseeing the financial planning process, financial reporting and compliance
• Overseeing the treasury functions, financial systems and corporate governance
• Plays a vital role in team management, stakeholder engagements and steering the team towards achieveing excellence and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 15+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
• CPA, CFA or other relevant professional certifications, preferred
• Proven leadership experience in senior management capacity
