Group Compliance, Manager

Our client is an established Real Estate and Property Management Group, and is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to support its Group Compliance program. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, developing and implementing compliance strategies, and fostering a culture of ethical conduct. Responsibilities include conducting compliance risk assessments, providing training, and advising on regulatory matters to support informed decision-making across the organization.

• Lead compliance initiatives, including creating policies, conducting audits, and managing investigations into alleged violations.
• Collaborate across departments to address compliance concerns, develop corrective action plans, and provide guidance on transactions.
