Group Accountant (SGX Listed I ACCA I Group Consolidation) JM50

Job Description:

• The Group Accountant will provide key support to the CEO in formulating financial strategies to support the growth of business operations of the Group.

• As a finance business partnering role, assist the CEO in resolving operational issues, including board director’s meeting material preparation and presentation.

• Will assume full responsibility for the whole spectrum of financial functions, including overseeing SGX and consolidation reporting, cash flow management, performance analysis, budgeting, and taxation.

• The incumbent will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and that appropriate internal control systems are in place to address all financial and compliance risks.

• Handle ad hoc financial requests and additional accounting functions or projects as required by management, including providing financial oversight for due diligence projects.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates with prior experience in a listed company will be preferred.

• Candidates with prior experience in an audit environment will have an added advantage.
