About the role

Are you a creative graphic designer looking to showcase your talents and join a dynamic team? Winter Time Pte. Ltd., a leading marketing and communications agency in the Changi East Region, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in our vibrant office.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and create visually engaging designs for a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, and more

• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects

• Contribute to the development of new and innovative design ideas to enhance the company's marketing efforts

• Work closely with the project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual appeal of our marketing materials

What we're looking for

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs
