Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design Adaptation & Editing – Assist in modifying and adjusting existing design materials, including menus and promotional materials.
2. Print & Production Coordination – Work closely with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials.
3. Marketing Material Preparation – Support the team in preparing design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
4. Video Shooting & Editing – Assist in capturing and editing short videos for marketing purposes, including social media content and promotional clips using TikTok, Jianying (剪映), After Effects.
5. Canva Design Support – Utilize Canva for quick edits, template-based designs, and social media content creation.
6. File & Asset Management – Organize and maintain marketing assets, design templates, and production files for easy access and future use.
7. Other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in graphic design or marketing support, proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software (TikTok, Jianying (剪映), After Effects).
2. Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and adjusting design files for print and digital use.
3. Ability to manage print production processes, including liaising with vendors and ensuring timely material delivery.
4. Basic video shooting and editing skills to create simple marketing content.
5. Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken), with the ability to create and edit Chinese-language marketing materials.
6. Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
7. (Bonus) Experience in working with F&B marketing materials and print production.
