Graduate Architect / Senior Architect

About the role

ID Architects Pte Ltd is a well-established 36-year-old practice in Singapore and the region. We provide professional architectural, interior design, landscape, urban planning, and project management services. We focus on design ideas that are well-considered and innovative. We utilize up-to-date digital and computational design tools to assist us in our work. We are looking for individuals with good skills who work well with others!

What you'll be doing

• You will be involved in various aspects of architectural works across multiple projects such as feasibility and conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, contract management, supervision, and project management.

What we're looking for

• Master's (or Bachelor's) Degree in Architecture or equivalent from universities recognized by the Board of Architect.
• Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management.
• Able to work closely with the Principal Architect, Design Director, and QP throughout design development and implementation stages.
• Capable project management skills - communication and coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders.
• Experience with tender preparation, documentation, and calling of tender.
• Familiar with local Building Code requirements and Regulations.
• Good critical thinking and communication skills.
• Competent in design and possesses good knowledge in architectural detailing.
• Excellent people skills and a good team player.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and independent.
• Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) and other digital design tools.
