As a GP Doctor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Working closely with other multidisciplinary teams, which involve nurses and allied health professionals.
• Ensuring timely delivery of patient care duties.
• Performing diagnosis and prescribing medication according to patient conditions.
• Providing referrals to patients if specialist check-ups are required.
• Ensuring timely follow-up with patients' conditions and performing return visits when required.
• Keeping up to date with clinical knowledge.
• Participating in outreach and health promotion programs.

Requirements:

• Recognized medical degree by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Full Registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Post Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine will be an advantage.
