As a Doctor (GP), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Working closely with other multidisciplinary teams which involve nurses and allied health professionals.
• Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties.
• Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions.
• Provide referrals to patients if specialist check-ups are required.
• Ensure timely follow-up with patients' conditions and perform return visits when required.
• Ensure up-to-date clinical knowledge.
• Participate in outreach and health promotion programs.

Requirements:

• Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Full Registration with Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Post Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine will be an advantage.
