Supply Management Specialist / Operations Logistics Specialist

General Job Tasks:

• Perform Goods Receipt (GR) rendered via online logistics management system.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely submission of documents and e-invoices.
• Manage the readiness, preparation, and provision of logistic supplies.
• Assist in procurement processes, including the preparation and submission of required documents.
• Provide logistical and operational support for day-to-day activities and events.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics for large-scale exercises and events.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,400 - $3,000
• Contract Duration: 11 months.
• Additional benefits may be provided based on role requirements.

Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6pm
