Job description

Opportunity to Join Govt sector
Healthcare Infrastructure projects
Salary: Up to $5,500 + completion bonus
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours
Office Location: Kent Ridge (need to travel around the site)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain site records and attend progress/technical meetings.
Monitor installation details to ensure compliance with regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and samples.
Track and report site progress, highlighting outstanding or non-compliant works.
Coordinate site inspections, testing, and commissioning with stakeholders.
Manage defect lists and resolve site coordination issues.
Lead special projects or tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

Min 5 years of experience in site supervision
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering or any relevant field
Singaporean only
