[GOVT] Corporate Communications Executive (Contract) – JL

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: $3,880 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supporting meetings/visits, and build contact database when establishing ties with foreign counterparts for collaboration opportunities;
2. Support the team in engagement with foreign key personalities and Visiting Fellows, that includes arranging travel and accommodation, and coordinating local travel arrangements;
3. Management of events & meetings with stakeholders, which includes booking of venues, managing invitations, overseeing catering, and handling event logistics.
4. Provide logistical and administrative support for branding initiatives and media events, e.g., collating RSVPs, compiling and printing press materials like media fact sheets; on-site support and follow-up with media where necessary;
5. Prepare and craft simple (i.e., more straightforward) social media content;
6. Support in corporate branding, e.g., liaising with vendors, security clearance for contractors, distributing staff collaterals.
7. Provide secretarial and logistical support for meetings including compiling agenda and presentation slides, taking meeting minutes and editing transcripts;
8. Assist with procurement matters for the branch including drafting Approvals of Requirement submissions, facilitating Purchase Order issuance and performing receipt of goods and services.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events Management.
2. Relevant experience in organising events and graphic design will be advantageous.
3. Proficient in any graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
4. Immediate starters are preferred.
