(GOVT, 4 Months) Office Hours Funding and Compliance Officer @ Central Location

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 Jan 2025 - 4 Apr 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Funding Calculations: Assist with the calculation and allocation of funding for post-graduate medical education programs.
• Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of funds disbursement, working with large data sets and ensuring accuracy – your Excel skills will shine here!
• Compliance Checks: Perform thorough checks on residency funding applications, verifying supporting documents to ensure everything meets the required guidelines.
• Specialist Manpower Projections: Contribute to projections related to specialist manpower needs, using data to support strategic planning and decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any related field. Other degrees may also be considered.
• Excel Expertise: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. You’ll be working with thousands of data fields, so excellent spreadsheet skills are a must!
• Attention to Detail: You must be meticulous when it comes to data accuracy, compliance, and financial documentation.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and writing skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• No Experience Needed: On-the-job training will be provided, so this is a great entry point into a finance and compliance role!
