(GOVERNMENT) ASSISTANT MANAGER | 11 MONTHS CONTRACT | UP TO $3450 | PASIR PANJANG

Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary: $3450/month
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (8.30am to 6pm), Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Scope:

1. Assist to prepare survey forms
2. Assist to collate collection of survey data, including consolidating survey results from different survey sources
3. Use pivot table to organize and present data in visual formats
4. Update features on existing Tableau dashboard
5. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates
6. Compile data, ensure accuracy of CRM entries to verify documentations

Requirement:

1. Degree in relevant Field
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Formulas)
3. Coding skills/Tableau familiarity is a plus
