Job Description:

• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement.
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR.
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR.
• Perform adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timelines and respond to changing priorities.
• IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amounts of data.
• Organized, meticulous, and proactive.
