[Gov Healthcare/ No Night Shift ] Hospital Lobby Service Supervisor [Must have Supervisory Exp from Airlines/Hospitality) @ Jurong - Up 4K #HJC

Budget: 3-4K
Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon), any 5 days

Senior / Service Team Leader will be assisting in the management of lobby operations.

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
• Handle difficult visitors and situations and execute service recovery.
• Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
• Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization’s guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct competency and confirmation assessments.
• Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Manage in roster planning and daily deployment.
• Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in hospitality or front-line customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays.
• Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)
