The Assistant Manager supports the department head in strategic planning, development and running of projects and initiatives aligned with the goals and objectives of CMB office that may include strategic excellence, clinical excellence, service excellence, medicolegal development etc.
The position facilitates cross departmental collaboration and working with multi-disciplinary teams to drive and execute projects. The role involves liaising and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to take the department’s work forward. The position will also serve as a resource person for the departments, supporting administrative work of facilitating meetings, managing IT systems etc. and may support ad-hoc projects assigned by VCMB/ACMBs.

Job Specification

• Science related degree with healthcare experience
• At least five years’ experience in healthcare
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Good oral, written and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to work in ambiguous environment
