[Gov Healthcare] 6 Months Temp HR Assistant (Up 13/hour) @ Outram @HJC

• Dip – $13/hour
• A Level – $10.50/hr
• Could be monthly salary if candidates come with experience

Responsibilities:

• Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability.
• Coordinate/facilitate the interview process on the day of the interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Send reject emails to unsuccessful candidates.
• Provide support to wellness activities, e.g., distribution of goody packs.
• Create personnel files for new joiners.
• File all hardcopy documents into respective personnel files or storage areas.
• Archive documents for resigning employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum A Level or Diploma.
• Able to commit to a 6-month contract.
• Some HR experience preferred.
