MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives
To collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards
To partner with key stakeholders to translate the priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans
To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for Clinical transformation
To do project management and align Clinical transformation’s work plans to that of MOH

Job requirements:

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making
Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.
