Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and insightful dashboards.
• Partner with key stakeholders to translate priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans.
• Perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders.
• Present routine reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Support and facilitate the formulation of strategic work plans for Clinical transformation.
• Manage projects and align Clinical transformation’s work plans.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making.
• Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics, and/or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
