Gov Digital Ambassador | Work Near Home | 5 Days | 1 Year

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Schedule: 5 working days (Mon - Sun)

Working Hours: Any time between 8am - 10pm (1h break assigned by supervisor)

Work Attire: polo tee (Purple), own black pants and black covered shoes

Location: Islandwide (Community Centre, Library, Wet Market, and Hawkers)

Salary: $2,000 + $100 allowance = $2,100 gross

After 3 months of service bonus:
• AL: 14 days per year
• Medical Coverage: E-medical card

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide seniors with basic digital skills (1:1 guidance or small group settings)
• Engage stallholders in coffee shops, hawkers, etc. to sign up for e-payment at their stalls
• Ensure accurate and prompt follow through of administration work linked to each engagement
• Ensure follow-up actions for various guidance(s)

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about guiding and supporting seniors
• Willing to help, good service
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with 1:1 guidance and small group engagements
• Comfortable standing for long hours
• Must know basic digital skills
• Must know how to use WhatsApp, Facebook, Paynow, Paylah, etc.
