Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced digital advertising specialist who is able to create and execute campaigns across Google Ads (SEM) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The candidate will be generously rewarded for every year of diligently running successful campaigns. This position is remote - work from home - therefore self discipline is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, manage and optimise paid Google and Meta Ads campaigns across search, display, and video platforms, and across Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy.
• Assess creatives from our designers and guide them to optimise them.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for key metrics.
• Regularly report on campaign performance with a high level of organisation and attention to detail while providing insights.
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with marketing, operations and creative teams to align campaign strategies with the overall business objectives.
• Be a self-starter, capable of prioritising tasks and working independently on initiatives without direct supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous in reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft persuasive ad copy
• Highly independent, hardworking, and a go-getter with the initiative to take on tasks proactively.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
