Job description

Job Type: Full-time

DB Golf Center is looking for an experienced Golf Center Manager to oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure excellence in customer service at our indoor golf facility and upcoming golf course range location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in golf business management, customer service, and financial oversight to ensure the growth and success of both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations at our indoor golf facility and assist with the launch of the new golf course range location.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of golf instructors, customer service staff, and operational personnel.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of service and ensure an exceptional experience for all clients, focusing on golf coaching, training programs, and simulator use.
  • Budget & Expense Management:
    Develop and manage operational budgets for both locations.
    Control expenses while optimizing revenue through pricing strategies and operational efficiency.
    Track financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Business Growth & Marketing:
    Develop strategies to attract individual golfers, corporate clients, and group bookings.
    Partner with golf clubs to offer additional services such as coaching and training for their members.
    Execute marketing campaigns and promotions to build brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Event & Program Management: Organize coaching sessions, training programs, corporate events, and simulator leagues.
  • Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all golf simulators, training tools, and range equipment are in top condition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with golf professionals, vendors, and golf clubs to drive business.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet both of the following criteria:
A Golf/Sport Management Diploma from a recognized institution.
At least 5 years of experience managing staff in a golf facility .

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage golf operations and lead a team in a golf academy, simulator facility, or golf coaching center.
  • Strong business Insight with a focus on revenue growth, financial management, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of golf instruction, player development, and related technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
