Go To Market Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Strategically leading the overall Sales Go-To-Market readiness (external & internal stakeholders) and identify OPPO decision making to ensure the department maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability via sales and market insight.
2. Strategically analyze and plan for go-to-market initiatives to support sales channels in achieving overall performance management (gross acquisition, revenue, and annual operation plan).
3. Driving marketing initiatives to support sales channels in pre-sales and post-sales in acquisition, retention, dealer training, and other sales operation matters.
4. To ensure product and solution launch readiness in terms of process, sales, and marketing materials and training related materials meet sales channel requirements prior to launch goals.
5. Provide go-to-market strategies in developing sales and marketing campaigns that drive sales channels in achieving campaign objectives.
6. Organize and compile market information through market feedback (sales channel, customer, and competitor) and develop postmortem reports that will help with the development of suitable solutions for the telco market.
7. Develop strategies and programs to enable our partners, promote channel adoption, drive revenue, and simplify the customer experience and journey.
8. Collaborate with the top management team to implement the right GTM models across channels with quality and speed.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in sales and marketing with at least 2 years of related post-experience.
2. Wide and deep set of skills and expertise from product management to functional marketing including campaign planning and execution.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
4. Experience in the telco industry is an advantage.
5. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required in order to build and maintain good relationships with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
