Key tasks:
- Job Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist engineers in scheduling service appointments.
- Coordinate field service attendances for marine and offshore equipment.
- Manage Engineers’ attendance on board ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports, and Shipyards.
- Plan overseas service calls by arranging required visas and necessary permits to enter local yards or terminals.
Customer Communication:- Communicate with Marine- and Offshore customers to understand their service needs and expectations.
- Provide timely updates on service schedules and attendances.
Service Reporting and Administration:- Maintain engineers’ service attendance schedule.
- Update and compile service reports.
- Prepare invoices/billing packages for services rendered.
Data Maintenance:- Maintain customer contracts and commercial approvals.
- Handle other field service-related coordination and administrative duties.
What you know?
- Minimum 3-5 solid years of experience in similar or related industries. Prior experience in a marine service environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers worldwide.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
- Good computer and office automation skills.
- Ability to work with comprehensive planning tools.
