Global Process Delivery Analyst II

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You'll report to the Global Process Delivery Senior Manager and will be part of the Global Process Delivery Asia-Pacific and Greater China (APGC) team. You will be the key counterpart for the global Compensation Solutions and global Equity team. On the daily, you'll also collaborate with HR professionals and other team members across the region, including but not limited to Compensation Center of Expertise (COE), Payroll, Data Management, People Solutions Services, People Solutions Consultation, Legal/Compliance, Employee Relations, and Finance and external vendors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Global Process Delivery Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate administration of our compensation, incentive and equity plans while constantly evaluating new opportunities to drive efficiencies and improvements in our processes and outcomes.

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, incentive programs operations and/or payroll, benefits; shared service center/equity plan administration experience is preferred.
  2. Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy.
  4. Growth mindset flexible and able to excel within ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while simplifying and bringing clarity to make things happen.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Fluency in English.
  7. Experience with Workday is a strong plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you'll be the Subject Matter Expert on employee compensation programs, handling tasks like incentive calculations, equity plan operations, annual pay reviews, and bonuses. You'll collaborate with the Compensation COE and Global Process Delivery Tier 3 to implement new compensation plans and changes, monitor policy effectiveness, and provide trend analysis and recommendations. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with compensation-related legislation.

  1. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the employee compensation programs. This includes tasks like processing incentive calculation, equity plans local operations, annual pay review, year-end bonus, mini wage audit and service awards.
  2. You will partner with the Compensation COE and Global Process Delivery Tier 3 to effectively operationalize new compensation plan designs and changes to existing plans.
  3. You will monitor effectiveness of existing Compensation policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure you are providing operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution.
  4. You will also need to stay current on compensation related legislation to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
