Global NPI Director (EMS)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the schedule for New Product Introduction development builds, from prototypes to mass production.
• Establish clear expectations and deliverables for the project.
• Define specific goals and objectives within the project framework.
• Initiate and manage meetings, setting agendas to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the product designer and internal product development teams, facilitating the communication of design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
• Act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal process engineering teams to establish stable and repeatable processes through design of experiments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage resources and meet customer demand projections.
• Oversee and manage the cost and expenses of the program.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Engineering or similar field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in EMS industry.
• Possess strong experience in Project Management.
• Able to work independently or as a team.
