Oversee the schedule for New Product Introduction development builds, from prototypes to mass production.
Establish clear expectations and deliverables for the project.
Define specific goals and objectives within the project framework.
Initiate and manage meetings, setting agendas to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Serve as the primary liaison between the product designer and internal product development teams, facilitating the communication of design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
Act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal process engineering teams to establish stable and repeatable processes through design of experiments.
Lead cross-functional teams to manage resources and meet customer demand projections.
Oversee and manage the cost and expenses of the program.
Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Engineering or similar field.
At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in EMS industry.
Possess strong experience in Project Management.
Able to work independently or as a team.
