Key responsibilities

• In charge of the global trading business and product, be responsible for P&L.
• Lead to uplevel the product, expand new markets, and drive GTM strategies and innovative product solutions.
• As one of the executive leadership members, work closely with Group CEO and other Senior Executives across Technology, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations etc. to ensure achieving business goals.

Key requirements

• International leadership role from global top leading trading, quant trading, brokerage or crypto trading platform.
• In-depth understanding of financial logics, trading system design and upgrade, and trading market trend.
• Extensive knowledge of investment products such as derivatives, ETF, equities etc., and related market infrastructure.
• Proven people management skills at regional or global level.
• Has creative thinking, thrive in growth.
