Reporting to the Head of Digital Sales, you will develop and execute a strategy that aligns with business goals, enhance customer experiences through data, AI, and advanced analytics, and drive customer-centric innovation across multiple digital channels.
Personalisation Strategy – Define and implement a personalisation roadmap to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Data-Driven Insights – Leverage data analytics, AI, and customer segmentation to enhance user experiences across web, mobile, and email.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Experience Optimisation – Monitor and refine personalisation strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and retention rates.
Technology & Tools – Evaluate and implement personalisation technologies, such as Pega, Adobe, CDPs, recommendation engines, and A/B testing platforms.
Performance Metrics & Reporting – Establish KPIs, track results, and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
Leadership & Team Management – Build and mentor a high-performing personalisation team.
Continuous Learning & Innovation – Stay ahead of trends, recommending new strategies to drive innovation.
8+ years of experience in personalisation, customer experience, or digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in leadership.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics for personalisation.
Hands-on experience with Pega / Adobe tools / platforms.
Expertise in CDPs, recommendation engines, and A/B testing tools.
Proven ability to interpret customer data and drive engagement.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first environments is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Salary: SGD 200K – 250K + Bonus
