Our client, a renowned leader in the e-commerce and payments industry, is looking for an experienced Global Head of Marketing to drive brand positioning, market expansion, and user growth on a global scale. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketer with a proven track record of scaling brands, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.

The Global Head of Marketing will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, paid media, partnerships, and offline initiatives, to maximize brand reach and customer conversion. They will lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, leverage market research and consumer insights to refine messaging and positioning, and drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and performance metrics. This role requires close collaboration with product, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences while managing and mentoring a global marketing team.

Ideally, you have at least 15 years of marketing leadership experience within the e-commerce or payments industries, with a strong focus on user growth, customer acquisition, and retention. You must possess expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and product-led growth, as well as a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and global expansion strategies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills are essential.
