Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with senior leadership team to define Coins' marketing strategy and build a better image around the world.
  2. Lead international/local GTM and event activation efforts and build a team to execute on the marketing strategy to launch and drive Coins adoption at scale in our target markets.
  3. Lead all global PR and event operations including agency management, channel management, KOLs, budgeting, and industry partnership prioritization.
  4. Manage the global community to drive user growth and work with local teams.
  5. Lead the global digital marketing teams to manage a better P&L on SEO, paid ads, etc.
  6. Clearly define and drive alignment around targets and ensure the team’s individual outputs and deliverables can meet company goals.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of experience in marketing within an agency, tech company, or financial services organization.
  2. Must have crypto industry background.
  3. Experienced in the Philippines market, as well as others such as EU, AU, and Asia.
  4. 2+ years in managing a global crypto marketing team.
  5. Tough, practical, and flexible leader who can thrive in a very high-pressure environment.
