A prestigious global financial services organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic events management professional. This high-impact, individual contributor role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end execution of premier international events. With significant visibility and influence, this position is integral to delivering exceptional client experiences and advancing the firm's global brand presence.

THE ROLE

• Drive the planning, developing, and delivering of top-notch external events globally that align with the firm's strategic direction.
• Lead end-to-end event management, from concept to execution, for physical, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Partner closely with global and regional internal stakeholders; leverage your existing network and develop new relationships with vendors, partners, and agencies.
• Ensure events uphold the bank’s brand, values, and sustainability commitments.
• Track and analyze event performance to measure impact and optimize.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimally 10 years of global events management experience for high-profile events such as World Economic Forum, Sibos, IMF, Money20/20, etc.
• At least 5 years of client-side experience within a global financial institution.
• Strong understanding of the financial services market.
• Strong project management skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and high ability to multi-task.
• Influential and a people person, you have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
