Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities including accrual, tax provision, review of revenue and interface entries.
  2. Reconcile and rectify intercompany and related party transaction differences, ensuring all intercompany transactions are recorded.
  3. Review/prepare monthly schedules and account fluctuations analysis.
  4. Prepare quarterly reporting pack and ad hoc schedules to Group.
  5. Prepare regulatory filing report, annual financial statements and corporate tax.
  6. Support and ensure compliance with all filing requirements.
  7. Liaise closely with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretariat on audit and filing matters.
  8. Support implementation of new Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International), process re-design and system implementation/enhancement.
  9. Committee member to provide Finance/Administrative service to an internal association.
  10. Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  1. ACCA, Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines.
  2. Experience in handling large transactional volumes with exposure to a wide range of finance and accounting responsibilities.
  3. Strong intellect and analytical skills.
  4. Delivery focused and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  5. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  6. High degree of initiative & analysis skill with good report writing and communication skills.
  7. Strong working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International).
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  9. SAP & HFM experience would be an added advantage.
