Our client, a reputable Hong Kong property developer, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the property management team for their asset in Jakarta. Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management department, including maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize property performance and maximize asset value.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Providing leadership and guidance to a team of property management professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Performing effective leveraging of property management software and technology to streamline operations, analyze data, and make informed decisions that drive performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Technical Services/E&M/Engineering, or a related field.
• A proven track record of success in property management with at least 12 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of property management software and technology.
