Job scope:

• Develop and implement strategies for expanding into international markets.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partners.
• Lead market research and analysis to inform expansion plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Oversee the establishment of new offices and operations in target markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and growth.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve expansion goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual in order to liaise with Chinese clients
• Proven experience in market expansion, business development, or related management roles.
• Strong understanding of industry markets, with the ability to develop and implement effective market strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
