Responsible for overseeing production, operations, quality control, supply chain management, and financial performance. The GM (Manufacturing Division) will drive efficiency, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership role with proven track records in managing P&L, optimizing operations and driving business growth
• Strong knowledge in food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement and problem-solving skills
