Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with Lion Group's business goals and risk tolerance.
- Lead capital raising initiatives including banking negotiations for commercial loans and credit facilities.
- Optimize cash positions and liquidity through cash flow forecasting, planning, and cash management.
- Oversee foreign currency transaction and translation risk management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, exchange control policies, and accounting standards.
- Coach and lead the treasury team to continuously improve capabilities.
- Support corporate exercises like mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities.
- Participate in quarterly board meetings and prepare investor presentations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including bankers, auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification like ACMA/CGMA.
- 10+ years of relevant experience including treasury leadership and reporting to Boards.
- Proven ability in financial reporting, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of banking and finance regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in banking negotiations and capital management.
- Excellent analytical skills and leadership qualities.
- Strategic thinking aligned with business goals.
