Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate salon staff, including stylists, receptionists, and other personnel. Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service, address client concerns, and work to improve the overall customer experience.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase profitability. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on salon performance.
Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Promote salon services and products to boost sales.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the salon complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
